Excellent! I marinated the meat in 2 cups of Burgandy wine and 1 can of Beef broth for 5 hours, then removed the meat, but saved the marinade for the baking part of the recipe. I then rubbed it with garlic salt, minced onion and some pepper. I rubbed it with a bit of flour and seared the meat over medium high heat. After the 45 minutes were up I took a package of gravy, added 1/2 cup of the marinade, and 1/2 cup of water and used it as a side. My family loved this!
