Pie Crust IV
VICTORY!!!! Finally a crust that was successful, not only in making it but it was very tasty as well. Like another reviewer, I too used half butter and half shortening. This will be my new go to crust recipe.

Chicken Marsala
Was a hit at my son's birthday party. Everyone loved it. I didn't have sherry so I just added more marsala wine and a little port.

Banana Banana Bread
Very good. I made mine into muffins and baked them for about half the time. Delicious. This will be a staple in my box of recipes.
