No Skill Fruit Tart
Easy to make, great to look at, and wonderful to eat! I used margarine instead of shortening and added a little vanilla to the crust and I thought it was wonderful!

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata
So so so so delicious! I can't get enough! Everyone loves this sauce! Just the right amount of kick. I used dried basil and cut the chicken into strips before I breaded it, but other than that I stayed true to the recipe and was amazed! I've made this with chicken, shrimp, meatballs, crab, and it's always good! I'm definitely putting this dish in regular rotation!

Savory Chicken Breasts
I use stuffing mix instead of bread crumbs and typically make a lot of sauce just for dipping, but this is great! Really hits the spot when you want a little comfort food. I've made it several times to really excellent reviews!
