About this Cook
I have been cooking for as long as I can remember. I was born and raised in Washington. When I was a little girl my grandmother would make me watch her while she cooked meals for our family. She'd make me sit in the kitchen whether I liked it or not, and made me taste the things that she was making. She only cooked Korean food and usually in Korean cooking there aren't really set recipes so the only way to really know how to make things were to watch and taste as you go. My grandmother has since past but I still learn authenic Korean cooking from my mom. Since growing up in a Korean household if I wanted to eat something "non Korean" I would have to figure out how to make it myself. It's nice because I still learn from my mother but now she learns to cook other things from me, and since has really expanded in her cooking as well. I'll taste and try to make just about anything. I love to cook and people seem to enjoy what comes out of my kitchen.
My favorite things to cook
I don't really have a favorite thing to cook. I guess it depends on the mood I'm in but one things for sure, I love to cook for my family and friends.

Clam Sauce with Linguine
This was really good. However I did add a splash of white wine which I think is key. So fast and easy, I'll definitely make this again.

Butterscotch Bread Pudding
This is really yummy. I've made this a few times now. I would have given this recipe 5 stars but like others have said 2 cups of brown sugar is too much, so now I used a little less sugar and it's perfect. Less sugar make this a 5 star recipe!
