Hot Breakfast Couscous
Had too add a LOT of milk to eat this. That said, the overall taste was good and I like the flexibility this recipe allows. It's quite easy. I, like a lot of reviewers, added cinnamon stick to the milk while boiling. I also played witht he dried fruit a bit and substituted what I had on hand. I have already forwarded this recipe on to others as a nice breakfast alternative.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
When adding your salt and pepper to taste, make sure you take into account the fact that you will be adding soy sauce later in the recipe. I was quite concerned that I had oversalted the asparagus when I tasted the sauce. I adjusted the sauce a biut to compensate by adding a smidge more butter adn balsamic. If you take the salt into account, I think this recipe is quick and easy to follow. Thanks!

Beef Wellington
this recipe was great - taste was incredible and it was actually rather simple. Any mistakes I made were truly self-inflicted. I pulled out the puff pastry to thaw MUCH sooner than I should have, so it was a little harder to work with that I had anticipated. Also, I used a rack as suggested, but the rack I used was slanted, not flat. Next time I will use the flat rack to make this easier to transfer to the serving plate. Again, all these issues were my own fault. I think next time I will use this recipe but make individual servings instead of the 'loaf'. Thanks for a great Valentine's Day dinner!
