soooo fun and a huge hit! I cut the recipes in half and used a package of Blue raspberry coolade in place of the coloring and extract, forgetting to cut back the amount on the coolade. That turned out to be the best mistake I could ever have made! JUST LIKE A JOLLY RANCHER!

Chicken Enchiladas I

I do admit that this was my first time making enchiladas but I dont think that I will ever try another recipe! wonderful, thankyou. *I did follow some of the others suggestions for adjustments. This is a HUGE hit at my house!

The best meat dish ever! I let it sit in crock overnight on low. cabbage that i added ended up too sweet for me but the rest of the family loved it!

Elaine's Sweet and Tangy Loose Beef BBQ

Great recipe! I took the meat rooled it in flour tortillas, put them into the freezer and later pulled them out and deep fried them. Bar-b-que burritos are a big hit in my house thanks to this recipe.

Bronco Burger

Excellent!!! My husband and sons loved it too! The beer was a great compliment to these burgers. I think that next time I make this recipe I will spice it up a bit, and the men in my family have voted to change the name to "Buccaneer Burgers" sorry Denver.
