Szechwan Shrimp
I followed the sauce recipe exactly, but did triple it since I used more shrimp, added a pound of steamed broccoli and served over rice noodles. We did not like the sauce. It was edible, but something about the ketchup was funky. My boyfriend, said it had a weird "twang". If we make this again, I will certainly alter the recipe. The spice was very nice though.
