Feta Pesto
Very, very good tasting recipe. Don't forget to add garlic (I usually add to taste as I love my garlic!). This goes well over pasta, on pizza, or as a dip for bread. The feta imparts some saltiness to the dish so check before you season with more salt. All in all a fantastic dish!

Authentic Kicked-Up Syrian Hummus
Best hummus I have ever tasted let alone made! Excellent as is but for a little variation I add chipotle chili peppers and roasted red peppers... really takes this to the next level. I also increase the amount of garlic as roasting the garlic first really tames the flavour. This has become a staple food item in my home, easy to make and so delicious!

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa
Excellent fresh flavors! Cannot bring myself to eat cooked or bottled/canned salsa anymore... this is so much better. I usually reduce the chuck size by mixing in a food processor very sparingly. A little work but very worth the effort. Don't forget to chill in the fridge for 20-30 min as it really helps to marry the flavors together.
