Unsloppy Joes
It was very tasty. I prefer it over rice than on a bun, though. Despite it's tastiness and health benefits, however, mine tasted nothing whatsoever like sloppy joes, hence the three stars.

Lentil Chili II
I omitted the oil and butter and added all the ingredients except celery and carrot at the beginning. The chili is very tasty and freezes well, but I did have to cook it about 20 more minutes that called for.

Peanut Butter Noodles
Okay, but not great. The sauce was pretty runny for me, and I would have preferred it a good deal thicker.
