Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs
I was really impressed with this recipe. I did add slightly more cheese, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. The coloring was slightly different than a "typical" deviled egg, so at first people thought something was off about them. Once I told them what was in them, they were more than happy to try them out!

Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites
These were a hit at my house! They were very easy to make and tasted even better the next day. I didn't use the full 8 ounces of cheese though. The recipe calls for 8 ounces of cheese cut into 1/2 inch squares, but 8 ounces makes a whole lot more than 12 squares (the serving size was 12). I just cut 12 1/2 inch pieces and had some cheese leftover. I didn't have parmesan bread crumbs, so I just used italian bread crumbs and added some grated parmesan cheese. It definitely gave the chicken a nice flavor. These were a bit messy while they baked, so next time I think I might be a layer of foil down.

Slow Cooker Oatmeal
I definitely didn't realize what a difference it would make to cook the oatmeal overnight. It was much creamier and had a great flavor. Not to mention how great it was to wake up to breakfast. I just had to give it a quick stir to mix it all together. I do think I will use a crock pot liner next time. My crock pot runs a little warm, so by the time I woke up some of the oatmeal had burned and was stuck to the crock pot. It made a lot, so I still had plenty left over.
