Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
I took the recipe and made meatballs for spaghetti. The southwestern taste added a different kick instead of the same old. I agree that you either need to dry the beans and strain the pepper/onion mix or at least double the breadcrumbs in the recipe. Either way it was delicious. Served it up on a bed of spaghetti squash for a healthy alternative.
