This recipe was so easy! I too do not like to change the recipe, but after reading several reviews followed suit. I used Corona instead of wine and added diced green chilies for a little kick. The trick with this recipe is to let the beef marinate for as long as you can after shredding. This will allow the meat to soak up the flavor. I only gave 4 stars because it was good, but I wasn't "wowed". With that being said however I will make this again.

Chocolate Eclair Cake

This cake is wonderful and so easy to make! After reading several reviews from this recipe and similar ones I made the following changes and it turned out perfect! I used normal honey graham crackers and used Cheesecake flavored pudding instead of vanilla for more of a rich flavor. I let it sit overnight and the layering turned out perfect. It wasn't messy at all when serving and truly tasted like a chocolate eclair! Will definitely make again and again.

Cara's Creamy Stuffed Shells

Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Very good! Very Easy! I too used 1/3 cup of tomatoes and only half of the garlic and it turned out perfect. Made this for a baby shower and there was only a little leftover. Will definitely make again!

Sparkling Punch

Very good & refreshing! Great punch for a hot day. The only change I made was that I didn't like the idea of adding sugar to the mixture. So instead I used half 7up & half club soda for the "carbonated water". Will definitely make again.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Very good. Didn't give 5 stars because it needed just a little more flavor. I might try adding a little tequila next time?! I too cooked the chicken in a slow cooker. In the morning I added all the ingredients to the crock pot and let it cook all day (around 8 hours). When I came home I took the meat out and pulled apart/shredded the meat with two forks. Returned the meat to the cooker and let it marinate/sit until it was time to serve. Prior to serving I drained off the excess liquid. This was served to 12 women with all the taco fixings and it was a bit hit.

Two Layer Greek Dip

This was very good! I too used sour cream to avoid the watery mess others had encountered. I combined the bottom layer ingredients and let them sit overnight. Didn't have to drain any excess water the next day. I recommend finely chopping the vegetables and using larger pieces of pita. My veggies were a bit too big for the wedges of pita I had cut, but it was very good nonetheless. Great recipe and will definately make again!

Chicken Teriyaki - It's a Secret

The flavor was great and we didn't think it was too salty. Chicken was very moist. Tried adding flour to the marinade as suggested by another reviewer but after baking the chicken it made the marinade into a pasty coat. My husband scraped it off but liked the flavor anyways. Will try again without adding the flour.

Tasty and my picky husband even liked it. I gave it four stars because mine came out a little dry. Should have removed from oven 8-10 minutes after turning oven off.

Very good! I used red potatoes (what was left in the pantry) and added a little seasoning salt too. They ended up perfectly seasoned and following the recipe exactly.

Cheesecake Cookie Cups

Very easy to make! As suggested I only initially cooked the cookies for 8 minutes, but they could have gone for around 10 to firm up a little more. Very good and are a hit with large groups!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

So easy! I used a pork tenderloin, which I agree with previous reviews is too nice of a meat for pulled pork, but it turned out great. Pork cooked for 7 hours on low and then added the BBQ sauce for a remaining 15-20 minutes. Good leftovers. Yum!

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

Very good! Very easy! Very quick! Made a couple of alterations...didn't have heavy cream so substituted skim milk with a little extra butter. Added extra cheese to help with the creaminess and it turned out wonderful.

Strawberry Brownie Delight

Very easy to make! Made for Father's Day and the whole group loved it and it looked very pretty covered with the fresh strawberries. Next time I would not add the chocolate syrup, made the dish a bit too sweet for my taste.

Asparagus Parmesan

Very good! Quick and easy - my picky husband even enjoyed! Might cut down on the amount of oil next time. Had quite a bit of oil left over in the pan and on the asparagus, even after draining. Will make again.
