This recipe was so easy! I too do not like to change the recipe, but after reading several reviews followed suit. I used Corona instead of wine and added diced green chilies for a little kick. The trick with this recipe is to let the beef marinate for as long as you can after shredding. This will allow the meat to soak up the flavor. I only gave 4 stars because it was good, but I wasn't "wowed". With that being said however I will make this again.
