This cake is wonderful and so easy to make! After reading several reviews from this recipe and similar ones I made the following changes and it turned out perfect! I used normal honey graham crackers and used Cheesecake flavored pudding instead of vanilla for more of a rich flavor. I let it sit overnight and the layering turned out perfect. It wasn't messy at all when serving and truly tasted like a chocolate eclair! Will definitely make again and again.

Very good! I cut the recipe in half and followed the directions exactly and they turned out great! This dish would be great for a big family meal.

Very good! Very Easy! I too used 1/3 cup of tomatoes and only half of the garlic and it turned out perfect. Made this for a baby shower and there was only a little leftover. Will definitely make again!
