Tomato Bisque II
This recipe as is is lacking a lot of flavour. I used 3 lbs. of garden fresh tomatoes, all varieties, and it still had no tomato flavour. I ended up having to add a large can of crushed tomatoes, garlic, onion powder, tons of basil and italian spice, and even allspice just to give it some oomph! Sadly, I hate to rate it low, as I LOVE tomato bisque, but at least I have a base for my own version!! Thanks!
