Couldn't taste the pineapple at all...I was pretty disappointed in this. The texture came out very icy, almost like an italian ice sort of thing. That could have been a mistake on my part, because the sorbet looks smooth and creamy in the other pictures. Either way, I wouldn't make this again.

This was just alright. At first I didn't like it but then as I kept drinking, I warmed up to it a bit. I'll probably have more since it's sitting in the fridge, but I wouldn't make it again. It's just okay.

I'm pretty disappointed in this recipe. I wanted a coffee-flavored drink, and this just tasted like blended up chocolate ice cream. Which is good, but it's not what I thought it was going to be. I even added twice the amount of coffee it called for, and I didn't taste any coffee at all! Good for a chocolate milkshake, just not for a coffee drink.
