Asparagus Beef Roll-Ups
I made these pretty little roll-ups for a baby shower. The men, who lingered upstairs watching football, especially loved them. As others have stated, they were the first to disappear. I made exactly as stated. Thanks for the excellent recipe.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
This chicken is awsome! A hit with everyone in the house. My husband is not a lemon lover and he loves this chicken. Super easy...I'll be sharing this one with my friends.

Italian Roast Beef I
This roast is the best ever! I did reduced the oil to just a few tablespoons as suggested by others. As a side I roasted potatoes, carrots and onions in the oven a topped them with the same herb mix. This is an awesome meal for a get-together.
