I'm a science teacher to be, cooking for one in my teeny student apartment. Being an enthusiastic environmentalist I prefer using seasonal and local ingredients for my everyday vegetarian meals. I hope to someday have a plot of land so I can eat homegrown food! Seasonal foods around the festivals of year cycle, especially baked goods. We used to decorate a gingerbread house for every Yule and eat it before New Year. I'm seeking to revive the tradition once I learn to melt sugar without 3rd degree burns!
