Chocolate Trifle
What a wonderful and easy dessert recipe! I made it for a family gathering and it was a show stopper. I have made this twice, the first time I made it as described except that I added some vanilla extract to the coolwhip to make it taste a little more homemade. The second time I made it using bannana pudding mix. Yummy!

Italian Chocolate Cookies
Soooo delicious!!! My husband had an italian themed potluck to go to and gave me like 1 1/2 hrs notice about it. Due to my limited time I had to make a few adjustments. Instead of cocoa powder I used dark cocoa powder and I had run out of vanilla extract but had plenty of almond extract so I used that. They came out so good. I also used the almond extract in the frosting, every one loved the almond flavor with the chocolate and I am sure that the vanilla would have been just as good. Thank you for a delicious recipe!

Chemical Apple Pie (No Apple Apple Pie)
This was really good although I almost didn't even try it. It's the name of the recipe that makes a person not want to try to make it. I don't think the word chemical should ever be in a recipe name unless it's a halloween recipe.
