Chicken Florentine Casserole
We really liked this, but I sub'd 1/2 and 1/2 for whole milk and used real bacon. Would definitely make it again !

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
These were delicious - I cut this recipe in half for my family and it still made a lot ! Also, I used a mix of 1/2 oatbran flour and 1/2 white flour and they were very tasty.

Ranch-Style Buttermilk Dressing
We really loved this dressing and It had just the right amount of zip to it and the garlic really made it tasty - used light sour cream and regular mayo though.
