Antipasto Pasta Salad
This makes a ton but it is so good! It gets even better the next day. The dressing is awesome. You can do so much with the ingredients to suit your own tastes. I like using San Georgio Trio Italiano pasta. I get requests for this all the time. Great recipe!

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs
Anytime you cook the meat in your sauce, whether it's sausage or meatballs, it always tastes better. The meatballs or sausage absorb the flavors of the sauce and vice versa. I always cook italian sausage this way, but haven't tried meatballs yet. Great recipe. Thanks for the idea!
