I have submitted several recipes here, but only one has ever made the cut - Baked Mashed Potatoes. This recipe even made it into a one of the cookbooks!

Pumpkin Turkey Chili
Last year I did a "test run" on this first and it was really good. So I made it for a Halloween bonfire and it was a hit. I did add kidney beans and more to kick it up a notch. It was something different and I'll probably make it again this year.

Swamp Frog
Made this as directed, but I used vodka, added neon green food coloring, and floated frozen hands in the punch bowl. It looked like nuclear waste. Everyone loved it. Gave you a good kick too!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Made this exactly as written (except used cooked boneless breasts) and it was awesome. I could eat it with a fork, forget the crackers!
