I served this for the first time a few years back but gave no review. My family loves this dish and requests it not only for special occasions, but throughout the year. This is an awesome salad that has gained a special place in our Thanksgiving and Christmas menu.

My significant other takes his breakfast to work so I have started cooking breakfast casseroles instead of buying the highdollar frozen breakfasts at store. This is a great dish. Alot of flavor; easy to prepare and a beautiful dish as well. Much tastier than the breakfast casserole I had been fixing. Will definitely repeat this dish. I believe I'll add a little jalapeno next time to zest it up a bit more!
