Elaine's Sweet and Tangy Loose Beef BBQ

Pretty darn awesome recipe! What a winner. Only change I made was to use 2 parts BBQ sauce and 1 part ketchup. Plus I cooked it on the stovetop instead of in the crockpot. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. Will definitely make again.

Baked Oatmeal I

Pretty good! My husband hates oatmeal so I got him to try this recipe and he actually really likes it! I made a few changes: 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/4 c white sugar, added 2 tsp cinnamon to the batter, and I substituted applesauce for the oil. Turned out great! Will make again.

Peanut Butter Bars I

Unreal! These are absolutely amazing! I usually only make half a batch when I try a new recipe in case it's a real doozy, but I'm so glad I didn't! These will be gone in no time. I used milk chocolate chips since I'm not a fan of semi-sweet. It's wasn't too sweet, just perfect, and just like Reeses. YUM!

Red Enchilada Sauce

This went perfect on top of the Chicken Enchiladas (tried and true) recipe. Definitely a keeper, and so nice to not have to go to the store and buy a can! Thank you!

Chicken Enchiladas I

By far the best recipe I've ever had for chicken enchiladas. I cut the tomato sauce in half, as suggested and used the other half in the red enchilada sauce (also from the site) that I then poured on top. Mine made enough for 2 dishes (one 7x11 pan and 8x8 pan). A true winner!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

I think if I had followed the recipe a little more carefully it would have been "bodacious." I didn't put it in all the bacon, and somehow ended up with way too much onion. The onion flavor kind of killed the whole dish. If I make it again I will definitely cut that back and add more bacon.

Thai Peanut Chicken

My husband's new favorite! A few things I did different: Reduced the soy sauce to 2 Tbsp as suggested, used regular vinegar, and added 2 tsp. sweet chili paste in place of the cayenne pepper. It added a real zing!

Steak Tip Marinade

I didn't really care for it. I followed the recipe to a T and marinated it over night. Still, the taste was a little bland...not worth the midnight run I made to the store for ingredients...

Tasty Lentil Tacos

These really are as good as people say they are. My husband was pretty skeptical when I told him about lentils for dinner... He couldn't really tell the difference between chicken tacos and these. What a great healthy substitute! Definitely will make again :)

Clone of a Cinnabon

Amazing recipe! I've already made this several times. I doubled the frosting so we could have extra and some leftovers. I would recommend cooking them in 2 pans so they all cook evenly and thoroughly. In one 9x13 pan the middle ones weren't cooked all the way while the edges were starting to burn. It worked much better cooking them in 2 8x8 pans or 2 pie pans. My husband's favorite!
