I decorated the "Best Carrot Cake Ever" with "Cream Cheese Frosting II" (substituting the cream cheese with Czech "Tvaroh"). I used a folded sheet of paper to help press finely chopped walnuts to the sides of the cake. For the carrots on top of the cake, I mixed together powdered sugar, flour, milk, and orange/green food coloring until I had a play-dough like consistency. I molded them into carrots and used a toothpick to press indentions into the carrots. The cake was more pretty than it was yummy, but it was still pretty tasty and impressive.
