Spinach Brownies
made these this morning for a work function. Everyone loved them. i took the suggestions and cut the butter down to 1/4 cup and even cut the milk to 3/4 cup and didn't have a bit of problem with them being soggy. However i thought they were a little dry so i will add the full cup of milk and maybe a little more then 1/4th cup butter next time. The whole pan was gone in one hour so it still turned out well. i also added more spices. Next time i will add artichoke hearts and more fresh garlic.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II
i've been making a recipe similair to this for years but decided to try this one for a change of pace. Glad i did. Loved the change of noodles (we used egg noodles previously) kids like the shells better. also really like the addition of cream of celery and garlic. added some onion powder also. didn't have any cheese slices so i used what little bit of shredded cheese we had. Will definitly add more cheese next time. Also really like the chips on top.my kids who are 5 and 8 also liked and they are picky eaters. Hubby even took for lunch today! will be adding to my recipe box! Thanks for sharing

Fresh Strawberry Pie III
followed the advice of others and added cream cheese but you could barely taste it. When i cut into the pie it was so soupy it just came out as a big blob of strawberries and crust. Everyone still liked it but lacked appearance. I will continue to use the glaze for strawberry shortcake as it was great. I had more than would fit in the pie and saved some of the strawberries and glaze for later. my husband loved the strawberry mixture for ol fashiion strawberry shortcake. Overall not impressed with this recipe.
