Ramen Coleslaw
This was pretty good but you have to eat it all at once. It does not keep or sit for long.

Easy Quiche
DISASTER - I used a loose bottomed quiche pan. Major leakage. A complete mess. I guess it's the pastry that holds the filling in a regular quiche. Luckily, I had put the pan on a cookie sheet. Sheet is ruined. House stinks. Where's that take-out menu?
