Caribou & Moose Meat, Geese and Swan Soup, grilled Rainbow Trout, Coney and Loche.

My best dish would have to be my beer battered Trout, fresh outta the lake!

God, that would have to be with a roast when I first attemted to cook one... It was WAYYY overcooked...
