Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Delicious recipe! I used bread flour instead of all-purpose and the cookies turned out very chewy and super yummy.

Microwave Corn on the Cob
I don't even bother with the paper towel. I peel back the husk, remove the strings, rinse the corn with water, put the husk back on, and microwave it for 2 minutes or so per husk.
