Shepherd's Pie VI
Use a good quality brown gravy mix and lots of onion and garlic for best flavor. I added large carrot chunks instead of a puree, so my son could easily pick them out if he so chose. I like peas in this as well and lots more cheese on top. Very hearty supper. Thanks for the idea.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
Good traditional tasting peanut butter cookie. Would be great with chocolate chips, I think. A little dry, but great with milk.

Corn Bread Hamburger Pie
This was super easy, but somehow the bell pepper gave a bitter flavor. Otherwise it was well recieved by my family. I prefer Rotel tomatoes and their juice over the condensed soup. Thanks.
