Country Style Fried Potatoes
I have been eating and cooking these potatoes all of my life. Cast iron NOT non-stick is the only way to cook these right. If your potatoes burned, you cooked them too high or did not have enough fat, or both. They are best cooked in bacon grease. Mama always used onion and garlic salt. I use Morton's Natures Seasoning.

Skillet Cookies I
We made these MANY Christmas holidays, with the addition of coconut. We call them Date-Nut Balls. OH SO GOOD!

Marshmallow Treats
I have not make them adding peanut butter. I tried M&Ms but they melted and were messy. I use a fruity rice cereal sometimes. Tghe kids love the confetti colors, and it tastes really good for adults too!
