I am married to a wonderful Godly man and I am a busy mom of 3 kids, Julian 15, Bailey 11 and Micah 3. We live in Thailand and love the Asian culture. I like to garden, cook and home decorate. Jesus Christ is my passion and caring for His children (my family) is my joy! Mexican dishes, anything Italian, cakes, cookies, pastries, anything chocolate, southern cooking (fried and/or smothered), comfort foods, slow cooker meals, breakfast foods, baked goods Thanksgiving day and all of December German chocolate cake from scratch, cranberry stuffed porkchops, New York style bagels, enchiladas, Reese's peanut butter cups, too many to list (living in another culture where you can't get a lot of common American ingredients, is a sure fire setup for disaster) but this trial and error cooking has forced me to be a better cook.
