I came to this recipe out of necessity. I was out of "this", or out of "that" on other choices. So, with trepidation..I continued. And, I am happy to say, Im glad I did. The taste was very welcoming. I added ground ginger to it as well. Possibly, by adding a thin slice of gruyere cheese may take this dish to another level. Nontheless, a satisfying meal with little effort. It won't win any awards, but it will satisfy the hungry family.

This recipe absolutely rocked. I used fresh mushrooms and garlic as well. For something as ordinary as chicken legs, this recipe makes the meal completely extra-ordinary. Everyone at the table loved it. A toal keeper, Thanks!!
