We added 2 tbsp of mint extract to make the flavour stronger and used icing sugar instead of confectioner's coating for a more liquidy, smooth type of filling. We also added more food colouring to show that the filling was really actually mint.

Photography Notes: We painted designs on the plate with chocolate sauce to make it seem less plain and took away the flash on the camera. We surrounded the plate with some cream coloured sheer and folded it in places so it looked nice.
