The Name of the cookies says it ALL! I have made these cookies twice. And both times they all wanted more! I baked them on parchment paper. Which is the only way I bake cookies. There is also NO NEED to put these in the fridge to cool. Which is unlike my previous chocolate chip cookie recipe...which I tossed! This is the new favorite cookie in our house. I usually don't care for Chocolate Chip cookies. But I Love these! I am going to attempt to make them with mini-m&m's and see how those turn out!

This is just an awesome Chewy Caramel. Although, I did bring it to 250 degrees like another reviewer did to wrap them. And they are WAY WAY WAY to hard....they do soften up in the mouth...just way to hard. Next time, and there will be a next time very soon (before Christmas) I will bring them to 235 degrees. **Need to update: I have made this recipe several times now...I bring them up to 235º and they turn out perfect everytime.**

I made this pie as one of my desserts for Thanksgiving. It looked beautiful. The filling was perfect, The Meringue made up wonderfully and baked wonderfully. I took it out of the fridge a couple of minutes before serving and when I cut into it....it was pure WATER!!!!!! Nothing from this pie could be saved. I have been cooking for 15+ years and this just suprised me. I would not make this again. The filling was great reminded me of pudding.
