Ben's Bearnaise Sauce
I love it this way. A long time ago, I put a version like this into my super blender, it heats as you go...delicious. I love your way too. Good stuff.

Basic Bechamel Sauce
Good stuff, I topped it over some lasagna I made. I will use this again. I love all the variations that can be done too.
