Orange Drop Cookies II

These cookies were very good. But I had a problem with the cookies becoming very flat, like many other reviewers. Maybe it needs more flour and some more baking powder? I will try again with some modifications so it turns out more like the picture.

Peach-a-Berry Pie

This was a great pie!!! I was nervous because I've never made a pie before. But it turned out great and was very easy to make. I had it in the oven in under half an hour! Yum!!

One Bowl Brownies

Very good and easy to make. My 7 yr. old daughter made these with only a little help from me. I also made a batch and topped it with chopped peanuts, mini marshmallows, coconut and chocolate chips, after I followed the recipe. Then I put the cooked brownies with the toppings under the broiler for a few minutes - voila! Rocky Road Brownies. Delicious!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

My son and I liked the ribs but my husband did not care for them. The flavor of the ribs was good. The meat was tender and fell off the bone. But it was very fatty also. Maybe I needed to trim most of the fat off before cooking.

Very good and easy. I followed the recipe and then cooked for 4 hours and it turned out perfect. I boiled cabbage, potatoes and carrots separately in salted water for about 30 minutes.

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

This was OK. I'm not sure why it didn't turn out as good as all the other reviews said it was. It just tasted like black beans. If I try this again, I would probably only add 1 or 2 cans of black beans and try a little different seasonings.

Butter Beef

Pretty good for such few ingredients. Even my picky 19 month old ate it up. It's a little high in sodium and fat though. I'm wondering if there's a way to lighten it up.
