Easy Red Beans and Rice
Delicious recipe! I would suggest cooking the beans alone until they become very soft. This made better consistency for my dish. I also used smoked cured ham in place of sausage.

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad
This recipe is great! I used about one quarter of the sauce to season my cucumbers an onions and added a little salt. I keep extra sauce in the fridge for use anytime.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
This recipe was decent. Typically, genuine Italian food is abundant with spices and this recipe would reflect a chef's kitchen that needed to go spice shopping!
