Favorite Banana Blueberry Quick Bread
Very tasty. Banana flavor not overwhelming. Used 2 large bananas. 1/2 stick of butter in place of shortening, 1/2 cup walnuts in place of pecans.

Chimichurri Sauce for Steaks
I used 5 cloves of garlic and still found it a tad heavy on the garlic. Substituted cilantro for parsley (about 1 1/2 cup packed leaves). Used it as an overnight marinade for loin lamb chops.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
Quite tasty! Great recipie for freezing. Serves well as a side dish, first course, or main course with pasta or rice.
