Corned Beef Potato Pancakes

I made some by the recipe and then added some cheese to the rest as another reviewer suggested. I did like them better with the cheese. I think they would also taste better being served along side sunny-side up fried eggs. These were OK. However, I don't think I will make them again.

Fruit Kuchen

I used peach slices, strawberries, and pineapple chunks in the fruit filling. I didn't have enough ingredients to make the crumb topping. However, it was still tasty.

Chamberlayne Chicken and Kale Stew

The taste was a little too bland for my family. Maybe I'll try it again with the flavored chicken as recommended by previous rater.
