Sweet Restaurant Slaw
This was easy to make and everyone loved it! I think next time I will make the dressing the night before and toss it all a couple of hours beforehand. When I was looking for the bag of packaged coleslaw I found a bag of shredded brocolli and I added a little of that and it gave it a really good crunch.

Super Easy Mardi Gras King Cake
I had to make 5 cakes for a Mardi Gras party. This cake tasted great and is easy. I only cooked my cake for 30 minutes as I burned the first one at 40 minutes so make sure you really watch it like the recipe says. The only thing I changed was that I used only one can of frosting and then I just used colored sugars to make the pretty colors. It was going to cost me $20 a cake at the bakery and I estimate that I spent about $8 a cake. I will make again.

Adult Party Punch
This was a good start for my new years punch. I added a bit more pineapple juice, peach schnapps, and the peach nectar as the vodka was a little strong for my taste. I served it in a pretty glass urn with lots of peaches floating on top and it was gone by the end of the evening.
