Bread Pudding II
I rate this recipe 5 stars because it is easy and if you happen to have leftover french bread like I did, this makes a flavorable way to use the bread and have a small pan of delicious bread pudding. This one is a keeper. Nothing fancy but delicious!

Easy Marinated Pork Tenderloin
This makes for a very flavorable tenderloin. I followed the advice of another post and reduced the soy sauce to half of the 1/4 cup and it turned out just fine. I also did not have honey mustard, so I added about a tablespoon of honey. This recipe is a winner!

Chicken Noodle Soup
This is a great tasting soup. I made one change, however. Since I did not have any parsley, I added a tablespoon of dried basil. It really did give the soup a good flavor. Also 4 ounces of noodles is enough, to me at least. I will definitely make this again.
