This is a great recipes. My family never liked beets but I got some at the farmers market this summer and tried this recipe. Everyone loved it. I will keep making it for sure. I followed the recipe just as is and it is perfect!

Yea!! A new way to use zucchini. And it is easy to make. I foolowed the recipe but thought it was a bit to dry even after i added the zucchini, but that was a bit of a mistake. Then they were over moist. The second time I made them exactly the way directed and they were perfect. thnak for this great idea! I will make these all the time.

This pie is awesome! We have never liked cooked peach pie so this really fit the bill for all those fresh peaches in August. I made my glaze with half a cup of fresh sqeezed OJ and 1/2 cup peach juice from the sliced peaches. It adds color and wonderful flavor too! I would cut back on the corn starch as it was way to thick. I ended up adding more peach juice as it was cooking and that worked out just fine. Thanks for this "new" recipe, We love it!!
