My husband is half indian so it was a triumph when I made curry chicken and he loved it.

Pollo Fajitas
I have made this chicken twice. The first time I did it I did it exactly like recipe said. The second time I cooked it in the oven. I did not cut the chicken into strips. I used chicken breasts. I doubled the recipe and I marinated them for about 6 hours. Then I put them on baking dishes, I sliced onions and red peppers. I placed taht right on top of the chicken. I put them in the oven for about 50 minutes and they came out really good. My dinner guests where raving about how good it was.

Mexican Turkey Burgers
This came out really good. I made it with over fries (a recipe I got from this website too). The salsa I bought thou was Mexican salsa and it had a little mild spice. The came it a great flavor.
