Cheddar Ranch Dip

Very good recipe!! I took it to a Texas Hold'em party and it was gone in 10 mins. The only changes I made was I used real crumpled bacon instead of bacon bits and I served with pretzels. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Party Kielbasa

I like this sauce better with meatballs, not on the kielbasa. I took this to a party and two people sugested I use 2 sm jars of currant flavored jelly and 2 table spoons yellow mustard. I will give that a try, but I would not make this sauce with kielbasa again.

Spaghetti Salad II

This was absolutley delicious. The only changes I made was I substituted red bell pepper for the olives and added small cubes of whole milk mozzarella. everybody loved this dish.

This is very good. I don't care for dill, as a substitute I used Hidden Valley Ranch Dips packet as the seasoning and served with Ritz Sticks.

Kielbasa Pasta Casserole

I really liked this recipe. Next time I will double the kielbasa though. I used Colby-Jack cheese for a little more flavor.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

these chops were very good. The only thing I did different was put them in a pyrex in the oven instead of the skillet.
