I really liked this, I cheated a little though and used frozen cauliflower because it is cheaper, let it thaw. Very good recipe, and very versitile.

Key West Chicken

These were very good. I doubled the recipe and marinated the chicken overnight. I didn't get enough of the lime flavor, it was a small lime. I think next time I will used the Lime Juice that comes in the plastic lime container.

Group Effort Pasta

Reviewed: May 8, 2009
This is a very good base recipe. I really liked the white chedder, and like other reviewers, I sauteed the red peppers and spinach. It's missing something though, maybe next time I will add some onions or garlic.... Update 05/06/09: Ok so I've been tweeking this since my last review. I use frozen chopped spinach, cooked in the microwave, I sautee the red peppers, then set aside, in the same skillet, I melt 3/ cup of butter and 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, then I season to taste with seasoning salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. I add the hot pasta and cooked spinach to the butter sauce, stir around, then top with the sauteed peppers, crisp bacon, and top it all off with freshly shredded sharp white chedder. This is now my BF's favorite dish, and he is a meat and potatoes kind of guy!!!.

Mom's Mexican Cornbread

This was very good. Made this as is, except I took it out of the oven after 50 mins. Took it too a potluck at work, it reheated very well, and everbody loved it. I will make this again for home. I might omit the pepper, it had a little too much heat for me.

Savory Chicken Breasts

DE-LISH!! Very very good recipe!! I changed the cooking times though, I browned the chicken in a skillet with a little bit of ex-virgin olive oil, and sesoned with Seasoning Salt and garlic powder, then I baked in the the for 30 mins on 375. The chicken was very moist, and the swiss combined with the soup was outstanding. I am going to make this all the time!! UPDATE: I tried this with Cream of chicken and herbs soup... outstanding!!

These were very good and very easy to make. I made them saturday night and were perfect dessert for Easter dinner. I will definatley make these again. I didn't chage the recipe, I did follow other reviewers suggestions and used a jumbo muffin pan, the pineapple ring fit perfectly in there, and I put the cherry in prior to baking. Very good recipe, great idea. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2009
This was very good. I used other reviewers tips and used real crumpled bacon, and put the bacon and cheese on the last 15 minutes. My boyfriend loved it!! It was a little salty for my tastes, but will definately make this again. I think next time I will use low sodium terraki to cut some of the saltiness.

OMG THIS WAS SOOOOOO GOOD. MY BF TOLD ME I WAS REALLY PUSHING HIS TASTE BUDS WITH THIS ONE, BUT HE LOVES IT (HE'S A VERY PICKY EATER)!! I DIDN'T HAVE CHICKEN BREAST, ONLY TENDERS, SO I COOKED UP THE TENDERS, CHOPPED THEM UP AND MIXED WITH MILD PICANTE SAUSE, ADDED SOME CHOPPED RED BELL PEPPERS, AND ROLLED THEM UP IN TORTILLA'S LIKE AN ENCHILADA, BAKED ON 350 FOR ABOUT 20 MINS.

This was very good. I made a few changes, I use regular cream of mushroom soup, then mixed 1 cup of shredded swiss cheese into the mix. Then after it bakked for 25 mins, I put the frenchs onions on top in a circle, then 1/2 cup of swiss cheese in the middle and baked an additional 8 mins.

Barbecued Beef Ribs for Two

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
I used this recipe more for the cooking instructions, I had no idea how to make ribs. These were outstanding!! My boyfriend said "OMG-WOW"!! The only thing I changed was I used pork western ribs, my store did not have any beef. I covered with foil for the first 45 mins, then uncovered for the last 15 mins. Thanks for teaching me how to make ribs!!

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2008
Putting bacon on the chicken kabobs is the best idea!! I had a cookout, and everybody loved them. I had already gone shopping so I used a store bought marinade on the chicken, and the bacon I used was thick cut, zesty-peppercorn bacon, rotated with red and green bell peppers and fresh pineapple. Very good!!!

This is a great weekday recipe!! I followed other reviews suggestions regard the fine pepper, and I only used 1/2 of a vadalia onion. a whole onion was too much for our tastes. We really liked it, will definately make this again and again!! Thanks for the recipe.

Broccoli and Garlic Penne Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2008
Not a main course, unless you add chicken and something more for flavor. I won't make this again, even as a side dish, I can make one from a box that has more flavor and more economical.
