Mozzarella Chicken

Love this chicken! Followed recipe. The only thing I did differently was used italian bread crumbs and added parmesan cheese to the breading. Used seasoned salt and a little onion powder.

My picky fiance said "This is good...this is really good....this is probably the best chicken I've ever had"!! I followed the advice of another review, I used 1/3 cup of real butter (salted) and spooned the juices over the chicken x2 during cooking. My over is off so I cooked for 35 mins on 375 and they were perfect! Thanks so much for this recipe, I'm kicking myself for waiting so ling to try it.

Pittsburgh Style Chipped Ham Barbeque

I grew up in Cleveland, but my parents are from SW PA... we had this sandwich all the time when I was little. I was asking somebody about it the other day and they never heard of it. Thank you for posting this recipe, now I can show it to everybody!! Very good!!

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Yummy!! I did make a few changes based on other reviews, I cooked the onions with the meat, and used taco seasoning in place of the chilli powder and I added a little bit of the taco sauce in the meat mixture. I coated the bottom of the dish with taco sauce, and I poured it over the top as well. My fiance, who is very picky, gobbled it up!!

Scalloped Tomatoes

I made this exactly as the recipe stated. Yes it was a little mushy on the bottom, but the flavor was so good that I didn't care!!! This was a great way t use up garden tomatoes. Thanks for the recipe. I loved every bite!!

Cheesy Potato Salad

This was outstanding! I was looking for something different to take to a cook out and this was definately what I was looking for. As other suggested, I omitted the sugar. I had a busy weekend, so the day before the picnic, I did the mayo/sour cream mixture, added parsley, onion powder, and bell pepper/garlic mix, let that chill over nite so the flavors would blend. Also, I used real crumpled bacon instead of the bits. Everybody loved it!! Thank you for this awsome recipe.

Creamed Chicken 'n' Veggies

This was very very good. I tossed it with bow tie pasta, my fiance wasn't excited about rice, but either way it was really good. I seasoned my chicken with a roasted pepper and garlic season blend, that transfered onto the broccoli and in the the sauce, it gave is a nice tang. Thank for the recipe, this was so easy, I can whip this up in a snap on week nites.!!

Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Kielbasa

My BF said this was the best pork roast he's ever eaten!!! I followed the recipe exactly and it came out so tender, juicy and delicious!! I'm going to make this every new years from now on!!

Elbows and Ground Beef

I grew up thinking this was Goulash!! Except we didn't have the green pepper, which is an excellent addition!! I forgot all about this untill I saw this recipe. Thanks for the reminder, and the green pepper idea. I will make it like this from now on.

Just some tips... Add the chips and the dressing right before serving otherwise it can get soggy. Also, you can add whatever veggies you like, peppers, onions, olives... the list is endless.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Very good, I love garlic and my BF loves cheese so it's a win-win recipe. The shredded chedder cheddar was kind of hard to work with. Next time I think I will get the block of cheddar and grate it, mix it in with the bread crumbs. Thanks for the recipe!!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

LOVE THIS RECIPE!!!! This is one of the best ideas of the 21st century!!! I'm not much of a baker, so I used devils food cake mix, and premade cookie dough. I think next time I am going to use chocolate cake mix and peanut butter cookie dough with chocolare chips!!
