So I am not what you call a fish person but since fish cooks quickly and is healthy I figured after years of not eating fish I would give it a try. This was delicous. As the other reviewers suggested I cooked it in a foil packet as per the fish guy at the supermarket I cooked my piece for 25 minutes at 350. Next time I make this I am going to put brown sugar on top of the fish a couple minutes before finish and switch it to broil I think. Oh and pour more of the marinade in the packet to pour on the fish when it is on the plate.

I made this last night and at first glance the flavor combinations in this recipe sound weird. Despite that this chicken is delicous and moist.I marinated the chicken like some of the others suggested. I am definitely going to make this again and next time I do in a greater quantity because it went to fast.

When I saw this recipe I thought omg this is like the eggy in the basket from V for Vendetta and the recipe looked so simple I had to try it. I just finished eating this and man this was a good breakfast. I used whole wheat bread and I cut out a heart instead of a circle.Next time I makes this I need a bigger boat since the hole I cut was a little to small for my egg. I recomend turning down the heat right before you put you egg in so you don't burn your toast while the egg cooks. Next time I try this I am going to scramble my eggs in a bowl first since I don't like runny yolks as much as scrambled eggs.
