Easy Spicy Roasted Potatoes
I made these tonight and we did not care for them. For one thing I was leary about the amount of salt, so I decreased the garlic salt and kosher, and they were still way to salty. It turned out mushy and never did get crisp.

Bread Pudding III
I made this recipe yesterday and by evening it was almost gone. It is so good, I really like the custard base. My son, who is not into puddings decided to try it and wow, he said it was pretty good.(darn, less for me)I followed the recipe and did not change a thing, I really don't think you have to. Try it and enjoy.

Corned Beef and Cabbage II
WOW!!! This recipe is sooo good. The only way I will cook corn beef now. This was so moist and full of flavor you couls cut it with a fork. My son said do not cook corn beef boiled anymore, this is the only way he will eat it and he loves the leftovers(if there are any) in sandwiches. The only change I made was the cabbage, did not use the apples, just boiled it and added butter, so good. Thanks for a great recipe.
