Black-Eyed Pea Salad
This was easy to make and tastes yummy. I forgot the parsley so I replaced the recipe dressing with bottled italian dressing. This recipe is easy to adjust to your taste, for example, I replaced red onions with scallions and it was still great.

Buttery Soft Pretzels
the recipe comes out better on some tries than others, though this may be my deficiency in kneading or waiting for it to rise enough. A big hit with everyone I share with, though.

Jacked-Up Tuna
I wouldn't make this for a special dinner, but I love it for everyday eating because it's cheap, easy and doesn't have a lot of ingredients, but does include veggies and protein. Perfect for a busy, poor grad student. Or, I'd guess, family. I'm going to try adding more or different veggies for variety.
