Spicy Vegan Potato Curry
This has become a new FAVORITE! Using fresh ginger gives the best flavor and texture. I substituted a second can of garbanzo beans for the can of green peas. Thank you so much for submitting this recipe. It reminds me of my college days living with my Indian roommate who made a dish very similar to this.

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken
Very Good! My husband loves anything with potato in it. I used olive oil instead of melted butter and added generously parsley flakes, dried garlic, rosemary, cayenne pepper, paprika, and freshly ground black pepper to dry ingredients. Thanks for submitting recipe!

Garlic Asparagus with Lime
