Caramel for Apples
AWESOME! I didn't have heavy cream, so I tried substituting a cup of whipping cream and a cup of 2% milk. I was surprised how good this turned out! I also boiled about 15 minutes after adding the butter & cream/milk to get the right viscosity. Tastes like Werther's Original!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
WOW!! Very easy and very good. I did increase the coating by half and it was even better.

Beef and Noodle Casserole
5 stars with a few modifications. I used one can on low sodium tomato soup and one 6 oz. can of tomato paste. I also added some Italian seasonings and used whole wheat penne pasta. My 5 year old said "100 stars"! The 2.5 liked it too.
