Spinach Dip I
Very good recipe. Not quite what my husband was looking for, but it was delicious. I also added 2 green onions, 1 cup of shredded cheddar jack cheese and I used the Knorr brand.

Salsa Biscuit Chicken
very good! i made these tonight using the suggestion of the cupcake pan. it worked wonderfully! my husband can't get enough of them! will definately be making these again. thanks!

Mozzarella Puffs
very good! i made a few changes. i did not put the sauce inside thinking it would be too soggy, and i added pepperoni. but these were a hit with my husband and co-workers!
